January 16th i'm moving to emoiconsx. so. go visit it.
October 3rd i've added some icons.. im thinking about adding some music, liiiike mp3s and stuff, since i hate the crappy kind. this thing is pretty much dead though. September 10th hah, so its been a while, but i added FOUR icons and TWO avatars and ONE layout (woooot) i plan to add some more 100 x 100s soooon. schools started and its terribly distracting. so. yeah. July 21st I put John's icons & avatars up here as well. He has mine on his site- avatariti (go visit it, he just opened it). The requests have been filled (the comments are deleted once they are) so feel free to request more. Not much else. I need to make some more layouts.. theyre so time consuming though.. I added some other icons and a new tutorial about how to use layouts.
July 18th Well Original Iconsx has been open for a while, I just decided to add an update box. I hope to do more for this xanga site.. I have a regular website though it is currently on hiatus. Anyway, I should add about an icon a day or so to keep this fully up. I also started making layouts, and hope to add a basic html/help section, maybe even some music. First I need to make my OWN layout, since I've got a free trial of psp and stuff for now. If you commented before, I had to delete it to add more stuff for layouts. Well enjoy the new icons. How to use AIM icons
Ive had so many questions about this. There is a code where you can just click the icon, but this doesnt work on many peoples computers, mine being one. So I'm going to show you manually. I have the latest version of AIM.
1. Right click icon of choice, and "save as" and find a folder you'll remember, like my pictures or whatever.
2. Open AIM and go to the bottom of your buddy list and hit set up then preferences
3. Now go to the expressions tab and hit "browse pc" and find the folder of your icon, then hit "select.
4. Press "OK" to get out of preferences and viola, an icon
How to Use A Layout
1. Go to the layout page of your choice and copy the code. (ctrl+a to select all, ctrl+c to copy)
2. Go to your private xanga and go to customize look and feel (or click here) 3. It might ask you to sign back in, do it. Then go to header and select "Input your own Header HTML" from the drop down menu.
4. Paste the code (ctrl+v) into the box. | | |
